IMPORTANT (Please read in full) - Our couriers will be hand delivering across VIC on Tuesday 13th & Wed 14th spreading the Valentine's Day LOVE! Due to the extremely high volume of orders being delivered across these days we are unable to accomodate any delivery time requests. Before placing your order, please ensure the recipient will be home or there is somewhere safe to leave your order should no one be home/answer. Should we be unable to complete delivery, your order will be brought back to our studio for re-delivery the next business day (re-delivery fees will apply). During this busiest time of the year for our industry, it is common practice that all our suppliers increase pricing. We do our best to absorb some of this cost, but there are some surcharges that do apply during the days surrounding Valentine's Day. We appreciate your understanding as we do our vest best to get your orders delivered as soon as we possibly can.

Note - Should you required your order first thing in the morning, we recommend receiving delivery the day prior so you can hide them away and have them ready to go as early as you need them. Blooms will be absolutely fine overnight if kept in a cool room (don't put them in a fridge as this may ruin your personalisation). Having a friend, family member or neighbour receive the order on your behalf can also help to ensure no surprises get spoilt.
