Shipping policy
Fresh + Some Large Dried Arrangements, Acrylic Boxes (with a bottle), and Teddy Bears: Hand delivered within 20km of the Melbourne CBD + Geelong & Surrounds, VIC Australia: Flat Rate $18.95 within this zone.
- Hand deliveries outside of our 20km radius: Most often we can assist by engaging an external courier company for your delivery (Mon-Fri, sometimes on Saturdays). Additional fees may apply but we will always do our best to get them to you if we can. Please email us or call us for a quote.
All other items: Are mailed out, via Australia Post Regular Mail starting at $14.95. We are proud to ship worldwide. If you live within VIC, Australia and want to have one of these items hand delivered on a specific day, or upgrade to express post, we can usually accommodate this request. Additional fees may apply. Please email us or call us for a quote.
Rush orders: Whilst we deliver 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) and are proudly offer fully customised next day delivery, we do often assist customers whom need a rush order for same day delivery if you can contact us early enough in the morning, or have an email/text/voicemail waiting for us when we get into the studio (usually 8am.) Please email us or call us ASAP as we'll do our best to work some magic for an urgent delivery.
